Wholemeal Caserecce

The wholemeal spelt pasta Dicocco is a superior pasta, very fragrant, palatable, nutritious and healthy. Spe farro is a cereal of ancient origins that has been present for centuries in the cuisine of the Mediterranean peoples. Their light shape refers to the profile of a torch. Very delicate size similar to the pen but with different consistency due to the overlap of the two flaps.

Spe farl paste is rich in beneficial properties: low in fat, rich in mineral salts and vitamins. It has a good protein content and a good concentration of fiber and is more digestible than other cereals due to the poor toughness of its gluten.
