Spelt Tagliatelle

Brewed with organic spelled flour milled stone, bronze extruded and dried slowly and at low temperature. Pasta with a lower glycemic index. Spelt Tagliatelle, like other types of pasta of Cascina Canta, are an artisan product, the surface is extremely porous and capable of retaining sauces; simply savoring it even with good extra virgin olive oil you can recognize their unique taste. The paste has a characteristic amber color.
