The name Royal Selection comes from the very low percentage of breakage, even tending to zero, obtained thanks to a double passage selection. Beloved by chefs but also by those with less experience, the ability to remain al dente in the heart and to bind with each ingredient; goes well with all the flavors, exalting and completing them.
Its large and elongated grains can be used for risotto, antipasti, salads, side dishes, pies and unique dishes.
