Riso Carnaroli Classico

The Carnaroli rice is among the best rice in the world, from large grain and pearling extended, thanks to its high content of amylose not overcook the grain and is not broken.

The name Royal Selection comes from the very low percentage of breakage, even tending to zero, obtained thanks to a double passage selection. Beloved by chefs but also by those with less experience, the ability to remain al dente in the heart and to bind with each ingredient; goes well with all the flavors, exalting and completing them.

Its large and elongated grains can be used for risotto, antipasti, salads, side dishes, pies and unique dishes.
