The Linguine is an Italian hard wheat semolin paste belonging to the family of "Desert Durum" grains, which have always been used in the best Italian pasta makers for the production of pasta "always al dente". Linguine are a type of paste, similar to spaghetti, elongated and lenticular section. It is a format loved throughout Italy whose name means "small languages". They are accompanied by toppings made with fish, vegetables or pesto.
