From the ancient grain of Saragolla, its name means "yellow grain" from which a fragrant flour and a beautiful intense yellow are obtained.
Eesa is healthy, nutritious and highly digestible. It is appreciated by people intolerant to wheat for its low amount of gluten (it is NOT free of it, quini is not suitable for coeliacs). It has a high content of selenium, beta-carotene and rich in antioxidants.
